We, OneWeb, are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy as a visitor or user to our mobile app(¡°Mobile App¡±). This privacy policy(¡°Privacy Policy¡±) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provided to us, will be processed by us while you are using our Mobile App and the information and service(s) provided in the Mobile App such as satellite connectivity data(¡°Services¡±).
Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
The rules on processing of personal data pertaining to citizens of the UK and the European Union are set out in the UK data protection Act 2018 (DPA18) and the general Data Protection Regulation 2018.
We are registered as a Data Controller with the UK Information Commissioners Office and our registration number is ZA445331.
For EU and UK purposes OneWeb trades as Network Access Associates Ltd and is registered in England and Wales under company number 09439890 whose registered office is at: Asticus Building 2nd floor, 21 Palmer Street, London, SW1H OAD.
By using our Mobile App and Services, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Mobile App and Services. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of our Mobile App and Services following the posting of any changes will mean you accept those changes.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites and mobile applications that may link to the Mobile App.
We are not responsible for the actions or privacy practices of third-party websites and applications; please consult those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.
1. Personal information we collect about you
¨ç During the antenna installation by the Distribution Partner(¡°DP¡±), we collect the site address, your name and signature for a digital installation report.
¨è Other than the personal information you provide us through our DP for a digital installation report, we do not collect personal information from you. The login information such as your ID, Password, and nickname you set to create your account for Mobile App will not be delivered or transmitted to us but will stay in the Mobile App in your mobile device only.
2. How we use your information
¨ç To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use your personal information.
¨è The data we collect may be shared internally within OneWeb to meet your requests.
¨é Examples of using your information include providing customer support and tracking and evaluating the use of the Services. To facilitate these uses, we may combine information or portions of the information we collect into a single record.
3. Third-party use
¨ç We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
¨è We will not share or rent your data to third parties except for some exceptional occasions as described below. In addition, we may share information that does not specifically and personally identify you, such as aggregate information, device identifiers or other unique identifiers to third parties. For information about how to manage your information and the choices you have, see how to limit the use of your information below.
(1) Third-Party Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf such as: hosting, to provide broadband connectivity, content management, analytics, customer service or fraud protection. These third parties may have access to your personal information when needed to perform their functions.
(2) Merger, Sale or Change of Control: We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Services. We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. Under such circumstances, we will request the acquiring party to follow the practices described in this Privacy Policy with respect to previously collected information. Nevertheless, we cannot promise that an acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.
(3) Law Enforcement Obligations: We may also use or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or on the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or our Services; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, the Services or our users; or (c) act to protect the personal safety of us, users of the Services or the public.
¨é Except such third party users described in the above, we are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Mobile App, including the information or content contained within them. It is your choice and responsibility to investigate and ask questions before disclosing your personal information to third parties.
4. How to access and modify your information
¨ç Your account information or login information is only saved in the Mobile App in your mobile phone and the information is not delivered or transmitted to us. Thus, we do not have your account information and we cannot access, correct, delete or modify your account information.
(1) Changing ID is not possible. You can create another account with another ID.
(2) To delete your account, you must delete the Mobile App then your account information will be deleted with the Mobile App.
(3) In case you forget your ID or password, then you can either delete the Mobile App and download it again and create a new account or creating a new account without deleting the Mobile App.
(4) You can change your password by yourself in the Mobile App.
¨è You have the right to request
(1) Information about how your personal data is processed
(2) A copy of that personal data
(3) That anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately

(1) Raise an objection about how your personal data is processed
(2) Request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it
(3) Ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances

(4) Brazil: if you are located in Brazil, then some specific Brazilian privacy rules may apply to you.
(5) South Korea: if you are located in South Korea, then some specific South Korean privacy rules may apply to you.
5. How we secure your information
¨ç We take reasonable security measures to help protect the personal information collected through our Services. Please understand, however, that while we try our best to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Children¡¯s privacy protection
¨ç Our Services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain personal information about anyone under the age of 13.
¨è In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us their personal information, you can email to our Data Protection Officer at DPO@oneweb.net .
7. Where is your personal information processed and stored?
¨ç We design, build and run our systems to make sure that your personal information is as safe as possible at any stage, both while it¡¯s processed and when it¡¯s stored.
¨è Your personal information may, throughout the course of its processing at OneWeb, be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this is the case, all appropriate technical and legal safeguards will be put in place to ensure that you are afforded the same level of protection as within the EEA or applicable local legislation.
8. How we protect your data and keep it secure
¨ç We are committed to doing all we that we can to keep your personal information secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal information.
¨è We also make sure that any third parties that we deal with keep all personal information they process on our behalf secure.
9. Data retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected or any longer retention period required by law. In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years.
10. Other important information
Global users: As we are a company with offices and partners around the world, your personal information may be processed outside the country where you are located. When you submit personal information to us you agree to the information being processed in other countries, including for example outside the Europe. Countries that we transfer your information to may not have data protection laws similar to those of where you are located.
